Guide to Managing Your Notifications

Managing your profile is essential to keep your information up-to-date and to tailor your app experience. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to edit your notification settings, and delete your account.

SellByOwner provides two ways to receive notifications: push and email.

  • Push Notifications: These are sent directly to your device.

  • Email Settings (Notifications): These are sent to the email address listed in your profile.

Managing Notifications

  1. Notification Settings:

    • Find the "Notification" option within the profile or settings menu. This is the setting for enabling/disabling in app push notifications.

    • Toggle the switch to enable or disable general app notifications.

  2. Email Notifications:

    • Within the profile settings, locate the "Email Settings" section.

    • From the drop down you can select the frequency of emails (Daily, Instantly, Never).

Troubleshooting Notifications

If you’re not receiving notifications, please check the SellByOwner app’s system notification settings on your Android or iOS device to ensure notifications are enabled.
